Supporting the increased need post-pandemic to sustain their staff and provide services by addressing the root causes that perpetuate domestic violence.

Bridging the Gap in Victims Services
Support the Chin families (their second largest language group) and other Asian language speakers with translation services and expanded infrastructure.

Chin Family Empowerment Program
Provides evidence-based programs that empower refugee settled students to stay in school and achieve in life in the Lewisville school district.

Support to launch “Hear Me ROAR,” an oral history documentary series, community archiving
project, and healing initiative for women of Asian descent

Life Skills/ Youth Leadership/ Cultural Outreach
Support their Life skills and Leadership programs through workshops and address hate crimes through awareness and education.

Head, Heart, and Hands ( H3) Program
Funds education equity programs by providing homework support and social-emotional support.

Political Power for North Texas AAPI Young Women
Provides hybrid in-person, virtual, and sustainable community-based training programs to prepare them to step into civic and political leadership roles.

Literacy and Life Skills Program
Serving Immigrant and refugee families with free educational services including Adult English Literacy, Early Childhood Education, and Student Support Services.

Partial salaries for 2 full-time Case Managers, one fluent in Laotian and Thai and the other in
Hindi

In partnership with Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation, support a summer camp program for
children experiencing homelessness

Provides a 10-level semester-based program consisting of day and evening classes taught by trained volunteers online or in RISD and library classrooms.

Academic management, tuition, books, and supplies for 4 Asian-American scholars enrolled in
the ScholarShot program

Peace in the Home Social Services
Provides culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapy service through outreach and education projects for Muslim Women and children.
